Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Deep understanding of Electricity Markets in North America.
• Understanding of Airgas/AMG supply chain energy impact.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop AMG Energy Strategy to minimize cost and manage risk.
• Create and maintain plant energy cost models and monitor markets.
• Monitor energy transactions, contracts, and compliance.
• Lead load control, demand response, and energy efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and management.
