Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end Energy Storage System development, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.

You will drive risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and seamless integration of ESS components, including testing and regulatory compliance across complex, multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-vendor projects in energy storage or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of energy storage tech and grid integration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate diverse stakeholders including suppliers, field service, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across supply chain and integration processes.
• Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and KPI reports for executives.
• Oversee technical and operational integration of ESS components and testing activities.
• Allocate resources and negotiate with suppliers to secure commitments.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements for future programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards throughout development.
