Job summary

LONGi Energy Storage is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer (Energy Storage Systems) to design tailored technical solutions for battery energy storage systems. You will analyze inquiries, develop schematics, and prepare bids while coordinating with sales, project management, and R&D to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

The role requires strong documentation skills, engineering knowledge, and effective communication with international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems (BESS, PCS, EMS).
Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals meeting regulatory, technical, and customer standards.
Collaborate with sales, project management, and R&D to align solutions with project goals.
Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
