Job summary

Minth Big and Beautiful Alabama LLC in Gadsden, AL is seeking a Full-Time Manufacturing Manager to oversee the energy storage container assembly line and ensure production plans are met on schedule. You will allocate personnel, conduct daily shift meetings, and enforce 5S and safety protocols on the shop floor.

Lead lean initiatives to optimize processes, drive yield improvements, and coordinate resolution of production issues while training and evaluating operator performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of manufacturing production management experience; background in energy storage container, or sheet metal/welding industry preferred.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and IE methodologies; capable of line layout and workforce planning.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Office applications and ERP/MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations of the energy storage container assembly line, ensuring production plans are met on schedule.
• Allocate line personnel effectively, conduct daily shift meetings, assign tasks and track progress.
• Enforce 5S management and safety protocols on the shop floor, ensuring zero safety incidents.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to continuously optimize processes, improve line efficiency and yield rates.
• Coordinate resolution of production anomalies (materials, equipment, quality), escalating and following up as needed.
• Responsible for operator training, performance evaluation, and team development.
