Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production Section Leader to oversee the energy storage container assembly line, ensuring production plans are met on schedule and safety standards are followed.

You will allocate line personnel, run daily shift meetings, drive lean initiatives to improve efficiency, and develop the skills of operators through training and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing production management experience.
• Energy storage or sheet metal/welding background preferred.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing and IE methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring plans are met on schedule.
• Allocate line personnel, conduct daily shift meetings, assign tasks and track progress.
• Enforce 5S management and safety protocols on the shop floor.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes, improve line efficiency and yield rates.
• Coordinate resolution of production anomalies (materials, equipment, quality), escalating and following up as needed.
• Responsible for operator training, performance evaluation, and team development.
