Job Title: Energy Storage O&M Site Manager

Locations:

FULLY REMOTE (Anywhere in the Phoenix, AZ area)

Role Overview:

This critical role collaborates directly with the company's Corporate Asset Operations, EPC, and Construction teams, along with third-party contractors, to drive high-voltage field operations, including maintenance and testing activities on utility-scale battery storage assets.

Qualifications:

• 4-6+ years of experience with HV electrical systems (O&M, testing, field engineering, maintenance, commissioning)
• Management or leadership experience in supervisory roles
• Experience managing third-party contractors at utility-scale renewable energy sites
• Expertise in warranty management, NERC asset management compliance, outage planning
• Knowledge of high-voltage substations, relay protection, collection, and transmission systems
• Skills in troubleshooting and repairing substation and renewable energy equipment
• Ability to interpret schematics and electrical diagrams
• Working knowledge of electrical SCADA systems, OSHA guidelines, and LOTO procedures
• Willingness to travel throughout Arizona to support assets

Responsibilities:

1. Support all high-voltage and electrical operations for renewable energy assets
2. Lead technical support for start-up, commissioning, testing, and engineering operations, including outage planning
3. Manage NERC documentation, compliance, switching orders, outage planning, and LOTO procedures
4. Provide support and emergency response for Balance of Plant operations
5. Lead BESS maintenance and compliance inspections
6. Support HV equipment such as grid-tied inverters, circuit breakers, relays, switchgears, and high-voltage substations
