Job summary

Plus Power is seeking a Finance and Capital Markets Analyst to support project finance transactions for battery storage projects, including construction financing, debt/back-leverage and tax equity. You will build complex financial models, assist due diligence, manage financing deliverables, and coordinate with external parties to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of project finance transaction experience or related finance program.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office, including financial modeling.
• Tax equity modeling experience a plus.
• Experience in energy storage, renewables, or gas a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication across dispersed teams.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Support: assist debt and tax equity financing transactions and due diligence.
• Project Modeling: own financial models across development, construction and operations.
• Data Analytics & Tools: create dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Market Analysis: analyze macro trends and impacts on portfolio viability.
• Cross-Functional Support: collaborate on economic analyses for key decisions.
