Job summary

Plus Power is seeking a Finance and Capital Markets Analyst to join the finance team. The role supports debt, tax equity, and project financing for battery storage projects, including construction finance and term debt/back‑leverage.

You will build complex models, manage due diligence, and coordinate with external financing parties to close transactions. Additionally, you’ll assist in bidding and structuring offtake agreements and execute on project acquisitions and sales, gaining broad exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of project finance transaction experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience in energy storage, renewables, or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong collaboration across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support debt and tax equity financing transactions, including due diligence and modeling.
• Own project financial models across development, construction and operations.
• Create dashboards and analytics for senior management and investors.
• Analyze macro trends and tax law impacts on the portfolio.
• Collaborate with other teams to support key business decisions.
