Job summary

Plus Power is seeking a Finance and Capital Markets Analyst to join the finance team. You will support debt financing, tax equity, and project finance for battery storage projects, building complex financial models and coordinating with external parties to close transactions.

You will also assist with offtake structuring, acquisitions, and cross-functional collaboration across Development, Interconnection, Markets, EPC, Origination, and Asset Management, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of project finance transaction experience or equivalent program background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Tax equity modeling experience a plus; energy storage or renewables exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support debt and tax equity financing transactions with materials, due diligence, and modeling.
• Own project financial models across development, construction and operations.
• Create dashboards and analytics for senior management and investors.
• Analyze macro trends and market factors affecting the portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support PPA pricing, design, and O&M decisions.
