Job summary

Associer Intl seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to manage customer quality for energy storage projects in Erfurt, Texas, US. You will drive containment, coordinate corrective actions, and work with the customer to minimize returns.

Knowledge of ISO quality systems and quality tools is required; strong English/Chinese communication is essential. Responsibilities include supervising rework per SOP, following up on assembly processes, and reporting issues to leadership.

Qualifications

• ISO9000/TS16949/VDA quality systems knowledge required.
• FMEA, FTA, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC tools familiar.
• Fluent English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase satisfaction.
• Contain and isolate defective products at customer sites per risk scope.
• Coordinate rework with customer and reduce returns.
• Supervise rework per SOP and ensure process compliance.
• Follow up assembly process with the client and identify risks.
• Report product usage and handle emergencies independently.
• Summarize customer quality problems for the assigned area.
• Follow the customer-described quality problem solving process.
• Able to travel/exchange to different regions to assist with quality issues.
• Accept other tasks as assigned by superiors.
