Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract strategies and governance for major utility-scale projects. You will negotiate equipment supply and long-term service agreements, support sales, procurement, and ensure compliance across contracts.

This role sits in a hybrid office environment, collaborating with internal teams and external counsels to manage disputes, changes and audits while aligning with corporate risk objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Law, Science or Business.
• Significant experience with commercial contracts in infrastructure/EPC/energy.
• Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management and dispute management.
• Ability to work in a flexible hybrid office environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred
