What You’ll Do

You will step into a high-impact, hands-on career operating out of one of our regional service centers. Based on your current experience and academic performance, you will enter through one of two distinct career pathways: The Tech1 Pathway (Shop or Travel Tracks): If you meet our baseline technical requirements, you will start immediately as a Tech1. You’ll choose between two paths:

  • Travel/Field Technicians: Work directly on diverse client sites, handling live setups, preventative maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and local daily travel. You will be assigned a dedicated company vehicle from day one.

The Accelerated Entry‑Level Pathway: If you are a newer student or graduate building your foundational skills, you will start in an entry‑level role. This pathway features an accelerated growth program designed to rapidly fast‑track you into a Tech1 position through targeted mentorship, practical floor time, and priority access to our training modules.

Learn from the Subject Matter Experts

Regardless of your starting pathway, you will team up with senior technicians to deploy, commission, and test industrial‑grade equipment at the shop and on customer sites.
