Job summary

Homewise, Inc. in New Mexico is hiring a Renovation Project Manager & Energy Coach to lead the acquisition rehab program and apply building science to renovations.

Based in Albuquerque/Santa Fe, NM, you will manage projects from acquisition to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and reachable energy upgrades for homeowners. You’ll perform energy assessments, test homes with BPI standards, develop Energywise Roadmaps, and communicate findings to homeowners in English and Spanish

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets and timelines.
• Solid knowledge of residential construction including HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• BPI Building Analyst certification or ability to earn within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead Homewise’s acquisition rehab program and manage several renovation projects from acquisition through completion.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and manage budgets, using value engineering and incentives.
• Find, evaluate and select qualified contractors and ensure they meet schedules and contracts.
• Run energy assessments and diagnostic testing (BPI standards) and create Energywise Roadmaps.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners in English and Spanish, coordinating with lending teams.
