This entry‑level role offers hands‑on learning in contracts, data management, and billing, while collaborating with Marketing, Supply, Accounting, and IT Services. The internship runs May–August 2027 and aims to develop analytical and organizational skills, helping deliver high‑quality customer and employee experiences and exposing

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Economics, CS, or Engineering).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and document retention for US Energy agreements.
• Support contract management: data entry, key terms tracking, end-dates.
• Contribute to billing, invoicing, and reporting accuracy for carriers, customers, and contracts.
• Resolve operational, accounting, and data integration issues under guidance.
• Create and maintain SOPs for contracts, onboarding, and maintenance.
• Assist onboarding for Energy employees and participate in training of new associates.
