Job summary

Constellation is seeking highly motivated students for paid Summer 2027 internships with our Retail Operations Team at our DePere, WI office in a hybrid capacity. Trainees will work on specific projects gaining real-world experience under supervision.

Applicants are pursuing degrees in Business, Energy Management, Information Systems, Analytics, or Economics with strong GPAs and leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Energy Management, Information Systems, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum GPA: 2.8 Cumulative / 3.0 Major
• Track record of outstanding academic performance
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
