Job summary

Insight FS in Antigo, WI is seeking an Energy Service & Delivery Technician to provide energy product deliveries and customer service. You will operate a single or tandem axle truck, service propane and petroleum equipment, and ensure safety checks are performed.

You will communicate with customers, complete training to stay current on products, and follow company policies, OSHA and DOT guidelines. Equal opportunity employer; background checks and drug tests may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of delivery/related work experience to demonstrate knowledge for operating a single or tandem axle truck.
• Must obtain and maintain all applicable licenses, certifications, and/or permits as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers energy products to farm, home, and commercial accounts using a single or tandem axle truck.
• Performs propane safety checks and services propane equipment and regulator updates.
• Maintains safety and communicates with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspects truck and equipment; adheres to company policies and procedures and DOT requirements.
• Completes training to stay up-to-date on products and changes; reports complaints as needed.
