Job summary

Insight FS is seeking a Propane Sales & Delivery Specialist in Antigo, WI. The role focuses on growing propane sales within an assigned territory, delivering products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position requires daily travel within the territory, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a CDL with Hazmat endorsement. Training on safety and company policies is provided, with opportunities to promote FS credit and Agri-Finance tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain CDL with Hazmat endorsement and good driving record.
• Energy Advisor (EA) or CPS certification may be required.
• Must be willing to travel daily with occasional overnight stays.
• Able to lift 51–70 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a route system and calls on clients to obtain orders for propane products.
• Acts as sole sales contact between GROWMARK and clients in delivery territory.
• Meet sales goals as set by supervisor and promote FS credit/Agri-Finance.
• Prepare order forms and sales contracts; maintain accounts receivable per policy.
• Communicate marketing programs and distribute sales materials to customers and prospects.
