Job summary

Insight FS delivers energy products to farm, home, and commercial customers from its Wisconsin operations. The role includes setting propane tanks, maintaining equipment, and providing service with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and work extended hours, including nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent and 1–3 years or more delivery driver experience to operate a single or tandem axle truck.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must obtain and maintain all applicable licenses, certifications, and/or permits as required to perform the duties.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and ability to travel independently and overnight.
• Ability to work extended hours; product deliveries may occur after hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Work may involve exposure to extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and mechanical hazards with safety measures.
• Lift 51–70 lbs and operate within varied heights and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energy products to farm, home, and commercial accounts using a single or tandem axle truck.
• Safely handle energy products and perform propane safety checks and regulator updates.
• Set propane and petroleum tanks, service equipment, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Complete training to stay current on products and procedures; report complaints and assist with resolutions.
• Maintain vehicle and stay compliant with company policies, safety and DOT rules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support office operations as needed.
