Job summary

Central Farm Service (CFS) is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee propane and refined fuel service technicians and provide service support for fuel delivery in the Trade, Tennessee area. You will lead the team, manage schedules, monitor costs, and collaborate with energy sales, logistics, operations, procurement and credit to enhance customer service and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lead, supervise and communicate with your team.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise propane and refined fuel service technicians.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and evaluate staff.
• Manage schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor costs and support budget prep.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build relationships with customers and support sales.
• Collaborate with energy sales, logistics, operations, and procurement.
• Recommend facility and equipment changes as needed.
• Prepare for planned and unplanned absences.
• Report competitive market information daily.
