ERSG Ltd is expanding its Boston recruiting team and seeks a dynamic Recruiter. You will source, screen, and present top candidates for energy sector projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet delivery targets.
The role offers an industry-leading commission plan and a meritocratic career ladder with clear targets and promotion paths, plus incentive trips and a strong, supportive culture. Fluency in English is required.

- Motivated by hitting delivery targets and earning commission.
- Tenacious and resilient, comfortable in high pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
