Job summary

MPower Direct in Cincinnati is seeking motivated sales representatives to turn ambition into income through in-home energy consultations. The role includes paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement, with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

You will build relationships with homeowners, educate them on renewable energy options, and guide them through a professional enrollment process while managing your pipeline to meet weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Competitive, motivated, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Coachable and eager to grow professionally.
• Reliable with full‑time availability (Mon–Fri, 11 AM–8 PM).
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area.
• Build customer relationships face‑to‑face.
• Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options.
• Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process.
• Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals.
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship.
