Job summary

MPower Direct is looking for motivated individuals to meet homeowners in the Cincinnati area, educating them on renewable energy options and enrollment processes. You’ll build rapport, handle follow-ups, and work toward weekly goals while receiving training and mentorship.

This full-time, in-person role emphasizes coachability, a strong work ethic, and consistent performance. Weekly pay, training compensation, and opportunities for advancement are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, or people-facing roles is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time Mon–Fri, 11 AM–8 PM.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
• Strong work ethic, communication, and coachability over previous job title.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area.
• Educate homeowners on renewable energy solutions and enrollment options.
• Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with a wide range of customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage your pipeline.
• Work toward weekly activity and performance goals.
• Participate in daily coaching, training, and team development.
• Work independently in the field while remaining accountable to team goals.
