MPower Direct in Cincinnati is seeking motivated individuals to join a high-energy sales team where effort directly translates to income. You’ll earn weekly pay, with uncapped commissions and fast promotion opportunities based on performance.

No sales experience required; we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship. You’ll work with homeowners, present renewable energy options, and develop communication, leadership, and sales skills on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area.
• Introduce customers to renewable energy options face-to-face.
• Educate customers on enrollment options and guide them through a smooth, professional process.
• Hit daily and weekly performance goals set by your team lead.
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship.
