MPower Direct is seeking motivated individuals in Cincinnati to join our energy team and help homeowners switch to clean, affordable power. No prior sales experience is required; we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

You’ll earn weekly pay with uncapped commissions, plus bonuses and incentives. You’ll work face-to-face with customers, educate them on enrollment options, and hit daily and weekly goals through daily coaching and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Coachable and eager to grow professionally.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area.
• Introduce customers to renewable energy options face-to-face.
• Educate customers on enrollment options and guide them through a smooth, professional process.
• Hit daily and weekly performance goals set by your team lead.
• Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship.
