Job summary

Total Marketing Concepts is looking for individuals in Sanford, Florida to join our team. You will be responsible for calling people to persuade them to change their energy supplier to ours, without requiring credit card information or signing contracts.

We expect you to have a clear speaking voice and strong persuasion skills, as well as the ability to handle challenging customers effectively. Experience in sales or call centers is not required!

Qualifications

• Willing to work your shift and two Saturdays a month.
• Ability to handle rude or indifferent customers.
