EARNING POTENTIAL OF $400+ WEEKLY (HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION/BONUSES)

The role of the Inside Sales Agent is to generate sales while building and growing sales pipelines with “C” level decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Daily activities will consist of calling consumers about reducing their energy costs.
• Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
• Proactively build and track a prospective sales/customer pipeline.
• Actively participate in feedback and coaching sessions.
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based call center environment.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales goals.
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A CALL CENTER SALES ROLE WHERE COMMISSION IS THE GOAL.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience

• 1–2 years experience in outbound sales/telemarketing.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Full Time position and you must be able to work 9a-5p M-F and (Every other Saturday 9a-3p). GREAT ATTENDANCE IS A MUST. Please do not apply if you cannot work these hours.
