Job summary

Nox Group, a leading construction company in the United States, seeks an experienced Energy Marshal to enforce LOTO policies on projects and oversee energy isolation across turnover from construction to commissioning. This role ensures safe energization and compliance with energy isolation standards, coordinating with safety, operations, and commissioning teams.

Applicants should have strong electrical construction background, NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certifications, and proven ability to review

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience.
• Licensed Journeyman or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Energization Status and LOTO programs.
• Coordinate energization events: temporary power, first energization.
• Lead energization/SIMOPS meetings.
• Ensure signage, barricades, and safe practices around live systems.
• Coordinate equipment readiness for energization.
• Act as liaison between construction, commissioning, operations, and safety teams.
• Maintain a master energization tracker.
• Approve or stop activities involving live systems if unsafe.
• Collaborate with GC safety and Owner safety teams.
• Review CMOP/FTE procedures to ensure LOTO points are identified.
• Review LOTO requests for scope relevance.
• Conduct regular audits of the LOTO log.
• Order LOTO supplies.
