Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NEC, NFPA, ANSI standards.
• Ability to lead team-based safety training initiatives.
• Familiarity with construction management software for compliance tracking and reporting.
• OSH A 30-hour or higher certification preferred and first aid/CPR credentials.

Responsabilités

• Oversee energy management plans aligned with OSHA, NEC, NFPA and ANSI standards.
• Conduct risk assessments for electrical systems, energy use, and construction activities; implement mitigations.
• Lead safety inspections across sites focusing on electrical safety and occupational health protocols.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions on OSHA compliance, NFPA/ANSI standards, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor construction activities for OSHA/NEC/ANSI compliance; document findings and actions.
• Manage safety documentation including workers' compensation, OSHA reports and audits.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
