Job summary

Beacon Hill in the Houston area seeks a Revenue Analyst to join their team, analyzing and reconciling revenue, cost and settlement transactions within the energy industry.

You will partner with operations, scheduling, trading and accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, support audits, and drive data integrity and process improvements. Proficiency in SAP or QUORUM and advanced Excel are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP and/or QUORUM is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile revenue, cost, and settlement transactions within the energy industry environment.
• Review vendor invoices, transportation charges, and pipeline-related activity to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare account reconciliations, financial schedules, variance analyses, and management reporting.
• Partner with operations, scheduling, trading, and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, process improvements, and financial system maintenance.
