Job summary

Total Energies' Integrated Power USA seeks a Regulatory Specialist to support compliance with FERC, ERCOT, NERC CIP and related standards. You will coordinate submissions, evidence collection, and audits, based in Austin or Houston.

You will work with the regulatory team, SMEs and legal to maintain audit readiness, develop compliance calendars, and improve processes across North American assets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NERC Reliability Standards including CIP and O&P requirements.
• Familiarity with regulators such as FERC, ISOs and PUCs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit recurring and event-based regulatory reports to agencies (FERC, ERCOT, PJM, NERC, EIA, PUCs).
• Register projects under construction and report asset metrics like generation and safety compliance.
• Maintain compliance with NERC CIP and O&P across portfolios; support audits and self-reports.
