Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance, production, or related fields.
• Ability to obtain a boiler operator's license if not already held.
• Strong emphasis on safety compliance and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations of the ERU kiln and related systems.
• Implement ERU policies and resolve conflicts.
• Serve as a technical resource to support ERU personnel.
