Job summary

PowerN in North Carolina seeks an experienced Owner’s Representative Construction Manager to implement our technology on complex energy projects, overseeing site construction from mobilization through completion to ensure schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. You will work with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel, coordinating changes and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM or engineering disciplines.
• 3–5 years of construction management experience in power/utility/EPC projects in the US.
• Proficiency in project controls, scheduling, quality management, and supply chain oversight.

Responsibilities

• General construction management support as owner’s representative.
• Monitor, record, and analyze project progress and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to address constructability and execution challenges.
• Capture as-built conditions using reality capture tech and compare with designs.
