The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years in the utility sector, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and Oracle Unifier.

Qualifications

• Proven project scheduling, management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and track project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline to progress including critical path, resource loading and cost loading.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment and capital postings for reporting and budgets.
• Prepare, issue and present reports and mitigation plans based on critical path analysis.
• Produce executive-level reports with clear and concise write-ups.
• Provide scheduling support for all projects and coordinate with teams to meet objectives.
• Define procedures for scheduling group and drive process improvements.
• Travel to project sites in North America as needed.
