Job summary

The Global Edge Consultants in Houston, TX seeks a Planning & Interface Coordinator II to provide analytical, reporting, and coordination support for a major energy project. Based in Houston, you will support the PMT and Interface Manager, managing cross-functional queries and executive-level materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of project coordination or interface coordination experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and cross-functional actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as central liaison for partner and consortium queries; route and track responses.
• Track external commitments and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate secondee onboarding and travel across international teams.
• Prepare and analyze project performance data and status reports.
• Design dashboards in Airtable, Power BI, and Excel to visualize actions and bottlenecks.
• Develop polished executive presentations and briefing packages.
