Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project coordination or administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced EPC

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Experience in power generation or construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date and accessible.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate with procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support project budgets and schedules, with basic variance analysis.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items through to closure.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Controls Lead and EPC team.
