You will be responsible for managing and delivering small-scale project and program outputs by identifying issues, developing practical solutions, and ensuring alignment with productivity, quality standards, and client satisfaction goals.
The role involves tracking project and program performance, including progress, budgets, milestones, and risks, to ensure delivery remains aligned with overall objectives. You will also prepare weekly summaries and detailed project reports for stakeholders.
You will ensure ongoing contract compliance across projects while coordinating subcontracting activities and preparing purchase orders as required. Additionally, you will deploy program updates accurately and proactively manage risks to support successful project execution.
The position includes supporting process improvement initiatives, including automation and optimization efforts, to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
You will independently prepare detailed reports and presentations for client leadership teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. The role also involves supporting financial forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) calculations, and other financial requirements in coordination with the finance team.
You will coordinate invoice processing with billing teams and manage project setup activities such as new charge codes and entries with project administrators. Maintaining clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure transparency and successful delivery.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager as needed.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or administrative roles. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may also be considered.
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and under supervision.
