Job summary

Stem, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Project Manager to act as the liaison between Engineering and the customer, translating requirements into actionable plans and driving execution across teams. You will run multiple projects across customer portfolios, bringing order and on-time delivery to a fast-paced growth environment.

Experience with SCADA systems, networking, power plant control, and PV/BESS/Hybrid lifecycles is advantageous. This is a salaried role with travel expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience deploying projects with engineering, manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Minimum 2 years in a Project Management role within the Solar/Storage or related power industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and customer account management skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build project plans and manage projects from purchase order to completion.
• Coordinate resources to establish scope and timelines for stakeholders.
• Track costs and change orders with sales and the customer.
• Coordinate with field service to organize field activities.
• Ensure detailed engineering requirements with Tech Sales, Engineering, and Software Development.
• Present project status to stakeholders and customers.
• Identify gaps and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
