Job summary

Dunaway is seeking a Project Manager – Energy in Texas to lead natural gas infrastructure projects from concept through completion. You will guide multidisciplinary teams delivering pipelines and station designs while balancing technical quality, regulatory compliance, client expectations, schedules, budgets, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant technical experience in a professional services environment.
• At least 3 years of project management experience with responsibility for schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple natural gas projects from concept through completion, establishing scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and delivery expectations.
• Lead planning and delivery of distribution pipelines, transmission pipelines, and natural gas station design projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee technical production for compliant project delivery.
• Lead QA/QC reviews to ensure alignment with Dunaway standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgets, fee utilization, profitability, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact by leading coordination meetings and maintaining relationships.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, scopes of work, and fee estimates with limited oversight.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, and municipal reviews as needed.
