Job summary

Dunigan Bros. Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in natural gas pipeline construction to lead projects from planning through closeout.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of field operations and the financial discipline to keep projects on budget and on schedule. You will work closely with field leadership and office staff to deliver safe, efficient results and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous natural gas pipeline construction experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing natural gas pipeline construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project-management skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, alignment sheets, and project documents.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline construction projects from award to final closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and production goals.
• Monitor costs, labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and overall job profitability.
• Coordinate with field supervision, safety, quality, and office personnel.
• Review plans, contracts, scopes of work, and customer requirements.
• Identify changes in project scope and manage change orders as required.
• Review daily/reports and project documentation.
• Assist with preconstruction planning and scheduling.
