Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Energy Project Manager (Passive House) for NYC with hybrid work. You will lead design and construction activities for high-performance multifamily projects, guiding decarbonization, building performance, and certifications such as Passive House, LEED, and Energy Star.

The role requires strong technical skills, collaboration with designers and contractors, and mentoring a small team of engineers and PMs. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Architecture/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Passive House and related certification programs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building energy simulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large high-performance/passive house projects.
• Advise on decarbonization and sustainability across systems and site.
• Model energy performance and review submittals and constructions.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Project Managers on the team.
