Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in New York, NY is seeking a Project Manager - Sustainability to lead multifamily projects from design through construction, including design reviews, inspections and performance testing.

You'll work on EGC, ENERGY STAR or Passive House projects in a hybrid setting across office, home and NYC sites, with opportunities for training and progression as your career grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in building sustainability and performance.
• Experience with EGC, ENERGY STAR or Passive House standards.
• HERS Rater or CPHC credentials are advantageous.
• Background in engineering, architecture or building science.

Are you a Project Manager or Building Sustainability professional with green building experience looking to join a growing company offering excellent training, culture and career progression?

The company specializes in building performance and sustainability and is continuing to expand its NYC team due to ongoing growth.

In this role, you will manage projects from design through construction, including design reviews, site inspections, performance testing and green building certification.

This role would suit someone with experience working on EGC, ENERGY STAR or Passive House projects looking for a varied, client-facing role with long-term progression.

The Role:

• Building sustainability / performance experience
