Job summary

ETS-Lindgren GmbH is seeking a technical project manager to drive projects from kickoff through execution in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and field teams.

The role emphasizes using Salesforce, TaskRay, Trello, and Confluence to manage schedules, documentation, and communications. A bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' experience in a related field are required. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as SalesForce, TaskRay, Trello, Confluence.
• Experience with structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initiating new projects by creating opportunities in SalesForce, developing project schedules in TaskRay, and establishing engineering tasks in Trello.
• Create Request for Information (RFI) documents.
• Start project documents from templates, including Data Logger Channels Layouts, Modbus Points List, Preprogramming Docs, and Install Docs.
• Maintain project details and updates in Confluence and TaskRay.
• Process orders for installers in SalesForce.
• Create Project Installation Guide for reference and documentation.
