Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Two or more years of project management, energy, facilities, construction, maintenance, or related industry experience.
• Understanding of energy consumption, energy flow, and the financial impact of energy efficiency initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Maintenance CAPEX and expense-funded energy projects from initiation through completion.
• Support larger, cross-functional energy and infrastructure initiatives led by senior team members.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while monitoring progress against established goals.
• Manage project scope and ensure all changes are properly documented, communicated, and approved.
• Track budgets, project performance, and energy savings metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates and performance reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors and service providers.
• Create and maintain project documentation, tools, reporting templates, and best practices.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Support utility rebate programs related to energy initiatives, including tracking and reporting.
• Analyze project and energy performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
