Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead energy calculations and usage modeling for PA, DA, and IGA projects.
• Support sales in identifying ECMs.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports and analyses.
• Develop energy savings analysis to protect customer interests and reduce liability.
• Contribute to annual sales objectives of the Energy Division.
• Supervise and participate in site work as required.
• Manage utility rebate submissions and requirements.
• Oversee the 3rd Party review process for guaranteed savings projections and calculations.
• Develop technical expertise in installed systems and building performance.
• Ensure compliance with local and national codes.
• Provide leadership and collaborative input to meet divisional goals.
• Work effectively with Energy Services sales representatives.

About the job Energy Project Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Energy Project Development Engineer to lead energy modeling, analysis, and audit support for PA, DA, and IGA projects. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate savings calculations, supporting ECM identification, and managing M&V processes. The position requires strong technical expertise in HVAC, lighting, and plug load systems, as well as hands‑on involvement in site work and utility rebate processes. Collaboration with sales, engineering, and external reviewers is critical to achieving divisional goals and delivering successful energy projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead energy calculations and usage modeling for PA, DA, and IGA projects.
• Support sales in identifying ECMs.
