Job summary

Kwest Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple energy-sector projects, ensuring safety, quality and profitability. The role includes bid support, cost control, and coordinating with Field Ops, Equipment, and Preconstruction teams to deliver successful projects.

Based in Perrysburg, OH, the PM will travel as needed, oversee subcontractors, and ensure documentation from award to close-out is complete and accurate. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry heavy civil/site work construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent field experience in Civil Construction.
• Must be a self-starter with collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to think outside the box.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bid preparation with senior project manager regarding constructability issues.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for proposals.
• Solicit material and subcontractor pricing for resources required for project bids.
• Coordinate resources with Field Operations and Equipment Department on projects.
• Represent the company professionally at pre-bid and project meetings.
• Travel to project sites to direct/assist Superintendents/Foremen as needed.
• Maintain original plans and revisions; distribute revisions to suppliers and subcontractors.
