Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager V to lead energy projects in a dynamic team. You will coordinate technical staff, manage subconsultants, and liaise with vendors to ensure seamless execution from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities include developing PM plans, managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 2 years of related professional experience, or 6 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Master's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project, including staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Develop and communicate the Project Management Plan for the project, outlining objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and project closeout documents.
