Job summary

The Dominion Energy internship provides hands-on experience supporting a capital project across the project lifecycle, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout. You’ll gain exposure to project management, supply chain operations, and power generation across renewable, fossil, hydro, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Throughout the internship you will work with seasoned professionals and build a broad understanding of Dominion Energy's business and operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid working knowledge of and experience with MS Office applications.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• Anticipated graduation Spring 2028 or 2029.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• The intern will be assigned a capital project and gain hands-on experience supporting various phases of the project lifecycle, including project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout activities.
• This role offers exposure to project management principles and processes, supply chain operations, and power generation across renewable, fossil, hydro, and cybersecurity-related initiatives.
• The student will work alongside experienced professionals and develop a broad understanding of Dominion Energy's business and operations.
