Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from ABET accredited engineering program or equivalent training and experience.
• 10+ years' experience working in the energy field or on energy related projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy project development and serve as client liaison for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; oversee project profitability.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with other practices and markets to maximize efficiency.
• Support sales and business development efforts in the energy market growth.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project team members.
