Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Project Manager to lead complex energy capital projects from concept through delivery in the Gulf Coast region. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedules, and budgets while navigating permitting and regulatory processes.

This client-facing role drives environmental impact assessments and strategic advisory across oil & gas, LNG, power, solar, wind, and energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting or energy sector.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and regulatory permitting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital development projects across oil, gas, LNG, power, solar and wind from concept to delivery.
• Provide permitting strategy and environmental impact assessment guidance for complex infra projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients through proposals, execution and delivery.
• Support low-carbon and energy transition initiatives.
• Develop client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performing project culture.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.
