Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Financial Compliance Analyst in Washington, DC to perform detailed financial analysis of invoices for energy projects and ensure costs comply with OMB/FAR regulations.

You will collaborate with project managers and SETA staff, review performer invoices, and produce monthly status reports. A strong background in financial analysis and auditing is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with financial or billing analysis.
• Experience with Costpoint, Salesforce, or Deltek.
• Knowledge of financial or compliance auditing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of OMB or FAR cost regulations.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial analysis of invoices for energy project portfolios.
• Review and analyze performer-submitted invoices.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis of federal, cost share, and category amounts.
• Verify invoice costs against OMB and FAR cost regulations.
• Interface with programmatic SETA staff daily to resolve outstanding invoice issues.
• Draft monthly invoice status reports to gauge invoice backlog and approval status.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks, including reconciling performer invoices/accounts or program outlays.
